We are looking for three independent working chefs in the Utrecht area.
- Independent working Chef
- Employment: Full-time position / 38 hours per week
- Salary indication: €2450 gross per month excluding holiday pay and gratuity (Tips). Salary is subject to negotiation.
- Hospitality CAO compliant employment conditions
- Performing preparatory work, such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.;
- Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness, shelf life, etc.), preparing resources;
- Carrying out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc. and making adjustments/additional dosages;
- Preparing orders for transfer by carrying out à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing;
- Supervising the work of the assistant(s), giving directions and instructions;
- Monitor compliance with regulations in the areas of safety, health and safety, HACCP and work and presentation methods (corporate identity)
- Ready to learn Indian cooking techniques and styles
- Ready to learn how to cook in the Indian tandoor
- Ready to learn how to make Indian curries
Job Requirements:
- Required education – MBO level 3 work and thinking level
Required Competencies:
- Quality oriented
- Corrects immediately if requirements are not met;
- Stress resistant:
- Remains calm/quiet under difficult circumstances or high work pressure;
- Recovers quickly after setback or disappointment;
- Continues to work purposefully even under pressure.
- Hygiene is a top priority

Dishwasher
We are seeking a reliable and efficient dishwasher to join our team. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. Your duties will include operating dishwashing machines, hand-washing certain items, organizing clean dishes, and assisting with kitchen cleanup tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
